No. Reviews are published immediately after submission with purchase proof collected. We do not hold reviews for approval before they go live.

We are exploring sustainable revenue models that align with our values. Currently, we do not charge users to post reviews or charge shop owners for presence on our platform. We will never compromise transparency for profit.
Yes. Your name, email, and proof documents are kept private. Your review appears publicly with your username or as "proofed buyer" depending on your privacy preference. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
You can reply publicly to the review on your shop page. If you believe content is defamatory, fraudulent, or violates our policies, contact us directly at legal@reviewdone.com with evidence. We will investigate and remove content that violates our guidelines.
After you publish proofed reviews, you unlock recognition levels: Rising Reviewer, Trusted Reviewer, Gold Reviewer, Community Expert, and Elite Guide. Your badge shows on public reviews when you use your real name. See all levels on this About page or track progress on your dashboard.
You can edit your published review from your dashboard (rating, text, and display name). Reviews cannot be deleted by you or shop owners after posting. See our Terms for details.
