Reviews are published immediately after submission with purchase proof attached. We do not hold reviews for pre-approval. Our team monitors published content for spam, abuse, or policy violations and may flag or remove suspicious reviews.
No. Once published, ReviewDone reviews cannot be deleted or edited by shop owners. Owners can reply publicly but cannot remove customer feedback or pay to boost ratings.
Premium business owners can add links to reviews that already exist on Google, Facebook, Instagram, or their website. Each platform gets a public page on ReviewDone (for example, Google Reviews) so visitors see external feedback alongside native ReviewDone ratings. Links are validated and each URL can only be used once across the platform.
ReviewDone offers a free listing with core review tools. Premium unlocks marketing and profile features — banner slider, SEO fields, promotions, contact info, website embed, QR review card, and third-party review pages. Never. Premium only unlocks profile and marketing tools. Public ReviewDone reviews stay independent and proofed. We do not sell ratings or remove legitimate customer feedback for payment.
After you publish proofed reviews, you unlock recognition levels from Rising Reviewer to Elite Guide. Badges appear on public reviews when you post under your real name. Track progress on your dashboard.
You can reply publicly on your shop page. If content is fraudulent or violates our policies, contact us at legal@reviewdone.com with evidence. We investigate and may remove content that breaks our guidelines. Third-party review links may also be moderated by our admin team if broken or mismatched.
