ReviewDone Terms & Conditions

ReviewDone is Bangladesh's business review and directory platform. We help people discover, evaluate, and connect with trusted businesses across the country — including online shops, local businesses, restaurants, services, social pages, and brands.

Users can explore business profiles, read proofed customer reviews, compare ratings, and share their own experiences. Business owners can create and manage listings, reply to feedback, and — with an active Premium subscription — use additional tools such as profile enhancements, website embed widgets, branded review QR codes, and third-party review pages for Google, Facebook, Instagram, and website sources.

Our mission is to promote transparency, trust, and informed decision-making through a community-driven review ecosystem.

By submitting a ReviewDone review, you confirm that:

• Your review reflects a real purchase or transaction experience.
• Your uploaded proof belongs to you or you have permission to use it.
• Your review is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• You are not intentionally posting false, misleading, defamatory, threatening, or abusive content.
• You will not impersonate another person or business.
• You will not submit reviews on behalf of others for payment, incentives, or coercion.

You are fully responsible for the content you submit.

Important: ReviewDone reviews are published immediately after submission. Purchase proof is required with each review. We do not pre-approve reviews before they appear on shop pages.

When submitting a review, you may provide supporting proof such as:

• Receipts or invoices
• Order confirmations
• Payment screenshots
• Delivery confirmations
• Chat screenshots with the seller
• Product photos or videos

Proof documents are collected and stored securely. Your review text is published as submitted, subject to post-publication monitoring.

Post-publication moderation: After a review is live, ReviewDone may:

• Monitor for spam, abuse, threats, or policy violations
• Flag, hide, or remove reviews that violate these Terms
• Request additional information from reviewers
• Investigate flagged or reported content

Shop owners cannot delete, edit, or pay to suppress legitimate ReviewDone reviews.

Editing:You may edit your own published reviews from your account dashboard (for example, rating, title, body, and whether your name or an anonymous verified-buyer label is shown). Edits are recorded and may display an “edited” date on the public review.

Deleting: Users cannot delete their own ReviewDone reviews after publication through self-service. Shop owners cannot delete customer reviews. ReviewDone may remove or hide reviews only when they violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

ReviewDone may award reviewer recognition badges (such as Rising Reviewer, Trusted Reviewer, Gold Reviewer, Community Expert, and Elite Guide) based on your number of published, eligible reviews.

Badges are automated and may appear on public reviews when you post under your real name. Recognition tiers, thresholds, and badge display may change at our discretion. Badges do not constitute employment, endorsement, or paid promotion by ReviewDone.

Businesses, shops, and pages may be listed on ReviewDone by users or by the business owner. Owners may submit a claim to manage a listing through the business portal; we may approve or reject claims at our discretion.

Verified business owners may:

• Update public shop profile information within plan limits
• Reply publicly to ReviewDone reviews on their shop page
• Access the business dashboard for reviews, profile, and subscription tools

You must not falsely claim ownership of a business you do not represent. We may remove listings or suspend accounts involved in fraudulent claims.

ReviewDone offers free public listings with core review and reply tools. Premium subscriptions unlock additional features described on our pricing page, which may include banner sliders, SEO description fields, promotion badges, contact information, website embed widgets, branded review QR codes, and third-party review pages.

Payment: Premium is billed monthly (or for multiple months at once) via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. You must submit accurate payment references. Subscription periods begin after admin verification of payment unless otherwise stated.

No pay-for-ratings: Premium does not allow businesses to buy, boost, delete, or hide ReviewDone customer reviews. Premium unlocks profile and marketing tools only — not editorial control over proofed customer feedback.

We may change Premium pricing, features, or availability with notice on the platform. Refunds are handled according to our payment review process and applicable law.

Premium business owners (and ReviewDone administrators acting on their behalf) may add entries that link to reviews originally published on Google, Facebook, Instagram, or the business's own website.

By adding third-party review entries, you agree that:

• Each source URL is genuine, matches the selected platform, and points to the review you describe
• The summarized text and rating fairly represent the linked review
• You have a legitimate basis to showcase that review on your ReviewDone listing
• Each URL can only be used once across ReviewDone (global duplicate prevention)

ReviewDone validates link format and platform rules but does not guarantee the ongoing accuracy of external sites. Administrators may hide third-party entries that are broken, mismatched, duplicated, or from the wrong site. Hidden entries may remain visible to the shop owner with a moderation flag.

Third-party review pages on ReviewDone are summaries with links to original sources. ReviewDone is not the publisher of content hosted on Google, Meta, or other external platforms.

Daily limits may apply to how many third-party reviews a shop can add per day.

Premium businesses may embed a ReviewDone ratings widget on websites they control and generate branded QR codes that link to their ReviewDone review flow.

You agree not to:

• Embed the widget on domains you do not own or are not authorized to use
• Manipulate embed data or misrepresent ReviewDone ratings
• Use QR codes or embeds to deceive customers about the nature of ReviewDone reviews

We may rotate, revoke, or restrict embed keys if abuse is detected.

We do not allow:

• Fake, paid, or incentivized reviews
• Spam or repetitive abuse
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or blackmail
• Personal attacks or doxing
• Sharing others' private information without consent
• Fraudulent business claims or impersonation
• Attempts to manipulate ratings, visit counts, or platform metrics
• Illegal content or activity

Content or accounts may be removed, hidden, or suspended if they violate these rules.

Business owners must not:

• Delete, edit, or pay to hide ReviewDone customer reviews
• Offer incentives for positive reviews on ReviewDone
• Submit false third-party review links or misrepresent external feedback
• Harass reviewers or retaliate against customers for honest reviews
• Use Premium tools to mislead consumers about their reputation

Owners may reply publicly to reviews and may use Premium features to present their business accurately. ReviewDone does not sell removal of negative feedback.

Users must avoid making knowingly false accusations. ReviewDone is a neutral platform and does not independently guarantee the truthfulness of all user-generated or third-party-sourced content displayed on listings.

If a business believes content is defamatory, fraudulent, or violates these Terms, they may reply publicly on their shop page and contact us at legal@reviewdone.com with evidence. We will review reports and may take moderation action where appropriate.

Disputes between customers and businesses are primarily between those parties. ReviewDone may assist through moderation but is not a court or arbitration service.

Proof you do not mark as public is visible only to authorized ReviewDone moderators, unless disclosure is required by law. Proof you mark as public may appear on your review.

Sensitive information in proof files should be blurred before upload. We may restrict display of proof at our discretion. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling, third-party reviews, subscriptions, and analytics.

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant ReviewDone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, distribute, index, and moderate submitted reviews, replies, listing content, and related proof on the platform and in promotional materials describing ReviewDone.

ReviewDone's name, logo, platform design, and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform except as allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

• Fraud, fake reviews, or review manipulation
• Abuse, harassment, or threats
• False business claims or unauthorized listing control
• Repeated policy violations
• Illegal activity
• Chargeback abuse or fraudulent subscription payments

Suspension may affect access to the business dashboard, Premium features, or account login. Some public content may remain visible where retention is required for platform integrity or legal compliance.

ReviewDone is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Business losses, lost profits, or reputation harm
• Disputes between users and businesses
• Accuracy of user-generated or third-party-sourced review content
• Actions, outages, or policy changes on external platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Temporary unavailability of Premium features or embed widgets

You use the platform at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangladesh, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms as ReviewDone adds features or as legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
